The delivery was very fast, and the unit arrived in perfect condition. After using it for a few days, I’ve found the cooling performance to be excellent and the operation very quiet. My room used to be the hottest one, but thanks to this air conditioner, the temperature has dropped significantly. I am very satisfied.

This is a fantastic product. It is quieter than most air conditioners and cools incredibly well! I keep it in my home study, which usually gets very hot and stuffy. It cools the room down in just a few minutes, creating a very comfortable working environment. I am extremely satisfied with it. The installation process was also incredibly simple—it took only about five minutes. I can just roll it back into the closet for storage. The price is very reasonable, too!

This air conditioner unit far exceeded my expectations. It is energy efficient, and once the room is cool, is nearly inaudible to hear. My daughter’s room is in the back of the house and doesn’t seem to cool with the central AC system. This unit was able to cool her room and keep the humidity level down to a very comfortable level. State of the art performance in a well designed unit. Simply awesome.

This portable air conditioner is sleek in appearance, blends in with most home decor, and was relatively easy to set up. The instructions were helpful, and it didn't take long to get everything assembled and vented through the window. Once the exhaust hose was securely connected and venting the hot air outside, it was ready to use. I have it in a sunroom (approx 320 sq ft) that doesn't have central air, and during the summer, the room becomes almost unusable because it gets so humid. After running the air conditioner, it cooled the room down and removed a lot of the humidity. It made the room much more comfortable. It turned a room we used to avoid into a room that we enjoy. I like that it's portable and that I can roll it into another room and set it up if needed. The wheels move smoothly, which helps because this unit isn't light. The controls are simple to understand, and the remote is convenient and also easy to use. The unit doesn't make an unreasonable amount of noise. I can watch tv or nap without being bothered by the amount of noise this makes. It is a good value for the level of cooling it provides.

This was the perfect thing that I needed for our house. This portable air conditioner is amazing. It cooled off the entire bottom of the house when I say the entire, I mean the entire bottom of the house. It covers 500 square feet. And if you position things right, and use the proper fans everywhere. Else you'll be able to cool off your whole house? That's not using any other AC units. I'm very appreciative of finding this. This is a great buy, and it's so worth it. If you need a portable air conditioner, this is something you might want to consider.

This is my third portable AC, but my first one with an inverter. The difference is easy to notice. My older units cycled on and off frequently. This one runs more steadily and maintains a more consistent room temperature. It’s also quieter than I expected.

I purchased a 14000 btu for My livingroom and it worked so well I bought a 12,000 btu for the bedroom. This is the best cooling portable I have found. Great price too! I highly recommend these air conditioners.

This air conditioner is amazing, genuinely. It was really easy to get setup. Once ready to go, it cools quickly and easily. The controls are simple and easy to use and can be controlled by the remote. I've even used it to cool my oversized garage as well and it lived up to the challenge without issues. I like it so much.

This has been a great unit over a hot dry summer with Temps in the 90's. We use it to cool the large primary bedroom since our HVAC isn't adequate to cool a two-story house evenly. Quiet and efficient, it certainly serves the purpose extremely well and consider it a great buy/choice.

I need a longer exhaust vent due to exhausting through a sliding glass door and they were able to take care of that that was super helpful thank you and the unit is pretty quiet really quiet but it's just a fan on low speed but you can hear the compressor kick on and off but again quiet All Things Considered
