Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COVERAGE
All orders from Kissair will be processed and shipped directly from our local fulfillment centers located within the United States.

Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, not holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING PROVIDER & TYPES
We've partnered with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and FdsExpress to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the size/weight of your items to ensure optimal delivery.

We offer the following shipping types:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days (free shipping)

Ensure the delivery time calculation formula (“Processing Time + Shipping Time = Delivery Date”). This is the time you can expect your shipment to arrive. Your order may arrive earlier.

*Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, the chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. The final price you pay includes the product price plus applicable sales tax.

No customs duties, import taxes, or international fees apply as we only ship within the United States.

SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATION
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@kissairshop.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped. Once the package is in transit, address changes cannot be made. You may need to work with the carrier directly or return the item in accordance with our Return Policy.

ORDER VERIFICATION
While we process your order, you may be contacted by a customer service representative to verify your order and billing information. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. The best way to ensure there is no delay in your delivery is to verify all information is correct during checkout.

INSPECTING YOUR ORDER UPON ARRIVAL
If your order shipped via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. We recommend that you verify the following before signing the bill of lading:

  • Correct Item: Make sure you have received the correct product(s)
  • Package Condition: Check for damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs in transit, which could indicate the item was damaged during shipping.
  • If your order is correct and in good condition: Please sign for the package.

If you did not receive the correct item or find significant damage: Please refuse the package and contact our customer service team at support@kissairshop.com immediately. We will provide you with instructions to get your order corrected.
