I am so enjoying my new 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner I've used it nearly every day since it arrived. I can now enjoy my back porch so much more and have even taken some afternoon naps with my cats on the enclosed porch!!

Cools better than larger unit!

I just installed this portable air conditioner. It’s been working great for the past two days. It’s producing about the same volume of noise as our old window unit, a bearable volume.

Simple and effective. I don't need a thousand features, I just want to be cold. This does exactly that. Plus, the white finish looks modern.

No more sweaty nights. My upstairs bedroom gets so hot. This unit cooled it down from 85 to 70 in no time. The fan oscillation is a nice touch.

Serene cooling indeed. The "46dB" claim seems accurate. It’s significantly quieter than the portable unit I bought last year from a different brand.

Does the job. It's a solid AC. Not much else to say. It blows cold air and the remote works well. 5 stars.

Perfect for apartments. Since I can't install a permanent AC, this was the perfect solution. The wheels make it easy to roll from the bedroom to the kitchen.

Better than my window unit. It’s much quieter than the old clunker I had hanging out my window, and I feel much safer with my window locked properly with the slider kit.

It doesn't look like a giant industrial machine. It fits nicely in the corner of my home office and doesn't distract me during Zoom calls.

I’m 65 and I managed to get the window kit installed by myself. The instructions were clear and the remote is very easy to read.

The airflow is strong. The oscillating louvers really help move the air around so you don't just have one "cold spot" in the room.

I was worried about the noise, but the sleep mode is actually impressive. It’s more of a steady hum than a rattle. I’m finally sleeping through the night.

My central air went out during a 90-degree week and this unit cooled my entire living room down in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

This Air conditioner works great easy to set up and cools just like it says for a 550 square foot and looks nice.
