First off A company that helps it’s customers is a company that I will support n recommend💯 They did reach out to me and sending a replacement unit im so thankful bc i was worried 😟 spent almost 400 on this unit it was 98 today my 3yr son is autistic with sensory issues I had to take him n other kids to visit my parents today bc we had no air conditioner he was a miserable baby 😢 So thank you Kissair for doing right and replacing this unit I will recommend this company to everyone💜 Don’t hesitate to buy from them bc they stand by their products and will help if anything happens 💯

I was skeptical about buying it especially a single hose portable one. My living room turns into an oven during summer. Air conditioner gets nice and cold Even fog up my windows. Only 2 things that I would recommend is have somebody help you get it out of the box without tipping it or cut the box down to remove. And insulate the exhaust tubing with a heat tape because it does get a little warm. In smaller spaces it is a little noisy when the compressor kicks in but nothing unbearable.

I was hesitant to order for days . But im very satisfied with this purchased . My other brand stay on 61 to get to 75 .I had to put this one to sleep mode it got colder. First night using it.

AC unit works great. Window adapter could be a little more rigid. Also recommend the window adapter be made about one inch longer total for slightly wider/higher window frame.

Amazing! This has been amazing. I’ve been using it in my sunroom that is also my work from home office. The room gets lots of sun and I had temperatures up to 90 with no AC. The unit has kept my space on a cool 74 and would go lower if I needed. The remote is super handy and set up was easy.

It’s definitely a great product. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it has cooled my apartment tremendously. My apartment gets super hot. I’ve had to deal with hot summers indoors for awhile but now that I have this Kissair 14,000, I’m able to enjoy a cool/cold and comfy summer in my home.
