This product is great. I just fired it up today. I'm using it in my upstairs bedroom. It's 98 today in texas. This thing cools so good I had to turn it off. I really like it best investment I made this year. I highly recommend this portable AC unit

I have one just like this bought it years ago. Works great. Can actually put it in the garage and cool the entire garage off. And I live in Arizona in the summer.\n When it's a 110 or greater. I hope your voice seemed to be a pretty impatient.

Received the KISSAIR 10,000 but air conditioner in a couple of days, right before the heat wave. Easily installed in minutes. Cooled our 11×17' bed room down to 73-74 when it was 99 outside. Cannot hear the compressor but the fan was alittle loud. My wife loves it.would buy again. Thankyou.
This works so well!! We have a difficult to cool living room and this does exactly what we need. We do have a bucket under the hose and empty is about twice a day, but we also live in a humid environment so it is expected. For general maintenance my husband did open up the case so he could fully clean the fan. The only complaint I have is that cleaning out the filter screen isn't enough. The fan still collects a good amount of dust that I could see causing issues. Most things need a little extra maintenance so this isn't too big of a deal for us, but I understand that this isn't always the case for everyone. I still recommend this item, just keep an eye on the amount of dust collecting on the fan.
This thing is a powerful air cooler! It will freeze me out of my bedroom when I let my husband turn it on. The air flow is nice and powerful, too. We have a huge bedroom with en suite bathroom, and it works well to cool both of them.
It's a bit loud, but it doubles as an excellent white noise machine for me. I sleep like a baby with this thing on.
We used this as a dehumidifier for a trailer that had some water damage. We let it run for a full week. The first day, we had to really struggle with the drain hose because the water got full quickly and it doesn't drain well unless you have the hose lower than the machine, which is tough when the drain is at the floor level already. We found a way to raise it up a little, and then it worked without needing to be manually tipped to drain anymore. I was shocked to see that, even after running the AC night and day with very little off time for 2 weeks and running the dehumidifier 24/7 for a week, it only added $10 to our monthly electric bill. I thought for sure it would be astronomical! I have to applaud the energy efficiency!
The wheels roll easily, and it isn't as heavy as you might expect. It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it's easy enough to set up and use.
Overall, I love it and it works great for its main functions. It's a powerful little workhorse, and versatile too. If the manufacturer could make the max length of the window screen a couple inches longer and resolve the issues with the remote operation and temperature adjustment, this would definitely be a 5 star product, even at a higher price point.
We use this in our master bedroom on the second floor of a cape cod style house. It is VERY warm without this added AC unit. It is a little loud, but after having 2 kiddos with sound machines in our room for the first yr of their lives, the sound is welcoming. Cools effectively. Also dehumidifies, which makes the room more comfortable.
