I love my new air conditioning unit . I’ve always been skeptical about purchasing a unit but was highly thankful once I got the unit hooked up . It keeps my room very cool along with my body . I have a central air system but haven’t had to use it because my newly purchased AC unit I purchased from this establishment works tremendously well . Thanks a million and I’ll definitely recommend this to others .

I was surprised by how compact this AC unit is, which is super handy given I do not have a lot of space. It is pretty heavy though. I bought the 10k BTU version and it blows nice and cool. My room was 72 degrees and I was working on cooling it down to 68 for the night. The temperature blowing from the unit was about 44 degrees (measuring right at the vent). The fans on Low blow at about 1355 ft/m and on High 1771 ft/m (measuring at the vent) The unit uses about 720W with AC and fans on high. Putting the AC together and placing the vent in the windows was quick and easy. The window attachment piece was not very good (see picture) On the side with the tube it was too thick to slide into the groove of the window. The hole for the tube goes down too far in the frame so it has to be lifted up to hold the tube. In doing this though it causes the windows to have to be higher on that side and then on the other side it leaves a gap. I am sure I will find some way to fit some sealing foam strips in here to seal it up but for now it does not seal well.

We've had temps in the 80s and are getting hotter, so this has been a real lifesaver in a room with no prior air conditioning. The window fittings worked well for the window I used. The install was surprisingly quick with the horizontal window opening I have (much easier than a window unit would have been). I didn't add any caulking as this isn't a permanent location, but the seal is good enough to keep the hot air out and the cool air in. I raised the unit to get a better position by the window and also to allow for better drainage. I've been using a water bottle for the drain line, and it hasn't been producing too much water. However, I live in a very arid climate with limited moisture in the air, so it's essential to ensure your drainage system works effectively in your particular environment. The only downside has been the noise, which can be loud when the unit first kicks on in the high setting. While running in the High setting, it's about 75db right next to the unit (with a peak of about 100 when the unit starts up), which is about the noise of a washing machine. It's been fine for my usage in a larger room, but something to think about. My only other complaint is that there seems to be a lag in changing the settings, and I kept hitting the button a second time before it would catch up and change two settings at once. Overall, the controls are straightforward, and the AC is easy to use. Best of all, the cooling is good for the small size of the unit.

I went through so many A/C reviews and looked up different types, as well as BTU's and finally came up with this one. This was probably the best unit I could have possibly have purchased! Very well made ,well packaged,and extremely good instructions not a cheaply made product. Even though the price was outstanding. I let the unit sit for 24hrs after shipping so it had the best chance of performing it's very best. This unit did not let me down..

The setup was extremely simple even an amateur with little skills could do. I'm using this till my home A/C unit is replaced. It will do a good size room. Perfect for a big bedroom. The cooling is excellent, noise level is minimal can easily listen to someone talking or television on a low volume . This is a beautifully made unit on caster wheels that rolls effortlessly on carpet or floors. I can only tell you if you are shopping for an A/C unit for a large bedroom or tiny home look no further. I would back this 100%.

Love this portable AC! It is reasonably priced for a really good build. It is pretty quite and effective. It works perfect for our bedroom to save electricity, instead of running the central AC for the entire house. I particularly love the size, easy to fit into a corner without occupying too much space.

It is wonderful. Makes a big difference in cooling off my house. I was impressed when I bought the window air conditioner and we needed one that we couldn’t put in the window so we got this one and we are enjoying it 100%.

I like this unit. I wish they were lighter in weight, but other than that the unit cools quickly and fairly quietly. I bought another one for my sister and it's working just as well.
