First of all the thing is that I like. It is small easy to move around and has rollers. It starts up very quickly and gets cold very fast. The air pressure is very high and moves quickly through the room. It is also not very loud. The tricks that you will need to do in order to make this work well for you is first completely pull out the accordion hose so that you can screw it into the attachments that let you attach it to both the screen door and the air conditioning unit itself. A lot of people use duct tape because they don’t understand that they should screw it in in order to Get it to hold in place. The trick really is to pull the accordion part out. pollen, I highly recommend the product. Nice work.

I recently received a stand-up air conditioner, and despite some initial challenges with the hose not fitting my window perfectly (probably because my window is older), I was able to make it work. The great thing about this air conditioner is that the hoses are adjustable, so you can easily shift it to fit in different spaces. I personally put mine off to the side, and it effectively cools down a large room fairly quickly. Initially, it took about four hours to cool down two spaces - my living room and kitchen, which are part of an open area. The air conditioner is easy to use, but one thing I didn't like is that the display is upside down on the top. I wish it was facing outwards so that it would be easier to read. However, despite this minor inconvenience, the air conditioner works great. It cools down the space efficiently and fits in nicely. One thing to note is that it is a little loud, but considering the benefits it provides, I think it's totally worth it. Overall, I am satisfied with this stand-up air conditioner and would recommend it to others looking for a reliable cooling solution.

In my PC gaming/spare bedroom I have a gaming PC with a graphics card that under load cranks out 167F. The CPU under load cranks out 140F. The case fans then exhaust all that heat into the room. So as you can imagine it gets rather uncomfortable, especially in the summer. I can't combat it with the whole house AC because not only would that be really expensive, I don't want to freeze the whole house. So a portable AC unit was the next best thing. Unfortunately both of the room's windows are not ones that slide up or sideways. They crank outwards. So there is no portable AC unit that comes with a proper window attachment for the exhaust hose for those type of windows. The closes thing is an incredibly janky looking plastic and fabric bag you can put up in the gap and secure with hook and loop and a zipper to close around the hose. So not only does that look bad, based on a ton of reviews I've read, they don't work that well either. Found a vid on youtube of a guy that makes plexiglass with a hole for the hose that replaces window screens. So I mosied on over to his site to see what the quote would be for a window my size. lol It would have been almost 500 bucks. ROFL that's more than the AC unit. So once I was done laughing I just set out to make my own version. Found some nice sanded on one side finished lumber at Home Depot and cut it to the screen's size to plug the whole window. So that was what I was dealing with until a couple of weeks ago when I got my first portable AC unit. It's ironic that this came up for review so soon after buying mine. If I had only just waited a couple more weeks, SMH. I had never seen a portable AC unit come up on Vine before. Oh well it's funny how life works out sometimes. I got a SereneLife 12000 BTU so that's what I'll be comparing this against. It's currently selling on Amazon for 427 and has a 4.4 star rating out of 22,616 reviews. So how well does this 10,000 BTU unit compare against one that has 2k BTU on it and is selling at almost twice the price? Really well actually. I'm really happy with my SereneLife but I'd have been just as happy with this. Both units are surprisingly quiet when compared to many others I checked out when I was shopping around for one. In fact that's why there's no video. I recorded a video of both running side by side to compare the noise between them but my phone's mic is garbage. It made them both sound waaaay louder than they actually are. So I decided not to upload the vid because it would have misrepresented this. Don't get me wrong, they're not quiet. None of them are, that's just the nature of portable AC tech. You have to deal with not only the sound of the fan, but also the sound of the compressor. But even with them running next to my TV I don't have any issue hearing it. So I wouldn't call them loud either. When it comes to how well it cools, naturally it's not as good as the SereneLife. But it's still good. It just takes longer to cool down the room. But it has no issues in doing it even with the PC cranking out as much heat as it can. It only has 2 fans speeds while the Serene has 3 but that's a total non issue for me. Since they aren't all that loud I want them on high anyways. The remote on this works well. In fact that's one thing it has on the SereneLife. This remote can work even when not pointed at it. The SereneLife has to not only be pointed at it, it has to be pointed high enough that the top of it can "see" it. The Joy Pebble's remote also has a handy LCD screen on it so you can know what setting it's on without having to look at the AC itself. Funnily enough the SereneLife remote can fully work on this. Even down to some things that isn't on the Kissair's remote. Like changing between C and F. To do that with the Pebble you have to hold down both the up and down button to change between C and F. The opposite isn't true and this remote will work on the Serene though for whatever reason. Size is something else this has on the Serene. I have this between my TV and monitor and would much prefer the smaller footprint this has. I had to slide the TV down on the dresser to get it to be fully visible again. It doesn't have an automatic swing function to change how high the air blows like the SereneLife does. It's a manual one. Though that's not that big of a deal in my opinion. It's just a feature that's nice to have but hardly a deal breaker. Window attachments for the exhaust hose are pretty much the same and though I didn't use either as explained above, in testing this I was able to just screw the Kissair's hose into the SereneLife's end attachment that I have attached to the wood screen insert. So both are using standard size hoses. I haven't tried the dehumidifier functions of either of them. Humidity never gets above around 40% here and I didn't want to needlessly get water in them. But I expect that if that function works remotely as well as they cool they should at least be decent dehumidifiers. All in all this is ni

We got this for our bedroom because it gets so hot due to poor ventilation and it is so much better! It was easy to install and is blowing really cold air! Easy to use and not a total eye sore, can’t complain!

Hey S.

So happy I found this Portable AC unit! My office's windows are vertical and won't work with standard AC units. This one can work with horizontal and vertical windows. Setup took little time and it cooled my office down with ease. The coolest setting is 62*F and when I angle it towards my desk, I have to cover up with a blanket! Before I set it up, my office was a toasty 90* F. It was unbearable. However, immediately after powering it on and angling it at my desk, I was comfortable and my office cooled down rather quickly. Now my computer can run smoothly and I don't have to leave my office when it heats up. Zero complaints!

Easy set up. Works well . No problems so far.
We don’t use half the condo so figured it wasn’t cost effective to cool the whole place. Much cheaper to run than big a/c on top. Plus those cost 15000 to replace. I could buy one of these every year and come out way ahead . Not loud .

Bought this product over the summer since it can get to 120 degrees and AC can’t keep up. Received the unit but wasn’t working right and wouldn’t blow cool air. Worked with customer service to troubleshoot but quickly offered a free replacement unit. New unit works great and cools down our master bedroom in no time at all.

Perfect size. Right now we're using it in our two car garage / man cave. We like the temperature adjustability it was easy to set up. It's not overly big and cumbersome and we are going to buy another one for next year. Last year it was so hot our air conditioner stopped running for about 3 days. We really could have used a second one of these.

I’ve had this product going on 2yrs now and have had no problems with it. My place isn’t very big and have the ac situated to where it cools down 2 rooms and which helps greatly. Maintain upkeep and it’ll keep your room(s) cool.

Owned for 2 years now with no issues. This ac unit is constantly running all day all night at least 7 months out the year

After shopping around for quite awhile, I eventually bought this air unit. Its exceeded my expectations, due to its price and functionality. This little thing kicks. Almost too much, to have near your bed or in a small space like me. I've debated moving it to the bottom floor, but dont want to swap it for the windows unit, in which I currently have downstairs. Its a little annoying to drain, as the plug is near the bottom of the unit, but I've drained it once since summer began (and I didnt really need to), so it seems to have a big tank inside. The humidifier works so well, that my fishbowl has to have water added to it, more so than when I even clean it lol. Def a great purchase. Well worth it in this summer heat. Its small, but a tad bulky due to the hose amd not actually being installed in the window. That's like the only downfall. I am starting to wonder if the fan option doesn't suck from outside, and rather the air in your house, but its so hott rn, that I haven't really ran it on fan mode

I was a bit worried that this AC unit was more of a swamp cooler than a real AC unit. It is incredible. When in AC mode the air coming out of it was 50F. It take a ton of moisture out of the air. If you have a medium size bedroom it will cool it no problem at all

I got this for my 40 ft Country Coach motorhome rather than running my rooftop AC and it works very will. Just had to make an insert to go into the window first because the corners of the window are covered. On a 90deg day it keeps it at 72, I have to keep the temperature cooler because of the residential refrigerator that has never been turned off in 8 years plus it is quiet even on high.
It came well packaged and came before the date listed. So far so good.

This air conditioner works really well.
I had it on for about 20 minutes and the temperature dropped around 20 degrees. It's not huge so it doesn't take up a large about of space.
It also helped removed the humidity in the air, it's always so muggy near me.
It was super easy to set up, I did it by myself in about 20 minutes, and half that time was just removing it from the box which is packed super well. The air conditioner really works. Definitely worth the buy. You won't regret it. We'll sleep like babies tonight!

Powerful but check the specs. The unit cools my room well. The window bracket is flimsy and wobbles.

This unit does a great job cooling, and the fan noise is relaxing white noise.

Perfect for renters and small homes. It's lightweight, powerful, and the setup is super simple—just plug it in and connect the hose. The control panel is intuitive, and the remote is a great convenience.
