10000BTU U-Shaped Window Air Conditioner Cools up to 450 Sq. Ft with White Panel

This Kissair saddle window AC unit is a solid choice. The design is minimalistic but still looks great, and it blends well with my space. The design initially looks “out of the box” due to it C-shaped construction, but this same feature allows you to place it in at the windowsill in minutes. Installation was incredibly easy, took me five minutes or less. You just open the window, set the included weather stripping, and drop the unit in place. It sits securely with two small pieces that help lock it together. I particularly like that compared to traditional window units, this design allows you to look through the window without the obstruction created by the traditional window a/c. This, on itself is a great feature. Once installed, I just plugged it in, turned it on, and it started cooling right away. At 10,000 BTUs, it puts out a good amount of cooling, enough for a large room. The included remote is a nice bonus, allowing for wireless operation without having to get up and adjust settings manually. So far, it’s been working perfectly straight out of the box with no issues. If you’re looking for an easy-to-install, effective Window AC, I’d definitely recommend this one!

This AC unit is great! It puts out tons of cold air even in a currently uninsulated building. I love that the window is still functional with it installed as well. Installation was straightforward and it runs much more quietly that the traditional window units. No rattling here! It did come a bit dinged up from shipping, but the seller helpfully gave a partial refund to mae up for it. The drain plug for condensation is located inside, so I plan to replace the plug with a hose run out the wall for ease of maintenance.

This battery air conditioner is really beautiful. It looks like a big one in the past. In fact, it is very beautiful to install. As soon as it is received, it is non-stop to try it. It is very good, and then the wind speed is very comfortable.Worth buying.

Installation was a breeze—no tools needed, and the unique saddle shape just slides over the windowsill. Once in place, it barely obstructs the view, which is a big deal if you value natural light or fresh air. I can still open the window when I want, and the unit fits snugly and securely.

Performance-wise, it cools my ~400 sq ft space quickly and quietly. The 3-in-1 modes (cool, dry, fan) give flexibility depending on weather and air quality, and the dehumidifier mode in particular is surprisingly powerful. The adjustable louvers are a nice touch too—makes it easy to direct airflow exactly where I need it.

What really surprised me is how quiet it is. With the compressor set lower than the window level, the noise is minimal—perfect for working from home or sleeping through hot nights.

Easy install, does make pictures on wall vibrate a little bit. Quiet and works well!

It is so quiet !! Cools very fast , but it is very heavy to lift . Definitely a 2 person job to install .

Summer arrived and I already installed my air conditioner I really liked this one first because it was quite easy to install since it goes at the bottom of the window and something I want to highlight is that it is not noisy and personally I use it at night and it does not make any noise my room is large and fast cold, besides that with the control I can configure it from my bed without getting up

This conditioner arrived well packaged and was pretty simple to install overall - much easier than the old style window design I’ve used before. It cools well for now, keeps my room nice and chilly. No issues or complaints! Hopefully it makes it through the summer, I’ll update as needed.

Bought this to replace my recalled Madia AC, I actually like this one better. It was very quite and cooled the room well. Easier to install as well.

Easily installed, been keeping our home cool, we bought two

I have zero complaints about this air conditioning unit. It is a good value for the quality and design. I love how because of the unique shape, the window is not obstructed as much as other units. The other benefit of that is the window closes further and less sound from the compressor seeps into the house. The AC is not heavy and I do not have to worry about it damaging my windows or the molding. I am surprised that it does not feature an app or smart features. I deducted one star due to the lack of smart functionality.

My son room above the garage is always so hot in the summer no matter how cool we set the thermostat for the whole house. I bought this to put in his window because it has a low profile hanging, so I can close the window as low as possible without worrying about loss of cool air from the large insulated gap. With this unit, the insulation gap is much smaller. 12kBTU is an overkill for his room, but it's guaranteed to not have him complain about it being hot. The remote is useful knowing how lazy he is to go turn it off when it's too cold. The unit isn't so loud when not running at maximum. since it is sized for a much larger room, the unit runs really smoothly and the sound of the fan is not too bad.

I bought this for my apartment because we don’t get heating or cooling so this has been a godsend for me. I like that it is also a dehumidifier as it does get rather humid in my apartment for some reason. It is also very quiet and it fits well in my room. It was really easy to put in and I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for an AC unit. It’s very secure and can really cool off a large area. I love it so much and would buy again .

This air conditioner is a life saver for our kids! I have 2 boys with autism which makes it very hard to have an AC in the second floor window because they just don’t understand do not touch it. This AC is just the right size where I was able to still use the child safety locks on the window allowing me to put the AC in their bedroom! Heat rises so their bedroom gets unbearable so this was a plus for us! It was very easy to get set up, I love the design with the touch options. It also has a remote which is different than most remotes I’ve seen.
The remote allows you to see the temperature in the room even if your not in that room which is nice because I don’t have to run upstairs to make sure the temperature is ok for the kids I can monitor it from anywhere in the house! Also I love how it sits in the window so if they did decide to push on it’s not going anywhere because it’s not just sitting in the window with the bulk of the weight hanging out! Also it does have a dehumidifier in it as well which I didn’t even notice until after we set it up! Now I need to replace all my ACs because this AC is definitely safest for a house hold with little ones!

The design of this air conditioner is just amazing! It fits my needs perfectly, it has a notch which allows me to open up the window at any time. I wouldn’t able to do that with other air conditioners. The cooling system is so powerful, when I turn it on I could feel the breeze at every corner of my big living room. It pairs with a remote control which I don’t have to walk all the way to the air conditioner to turn it on or off. This air conditioner is also very quiet which makes me relaxed and comfortable. It really makes a difference in improving life quality at summer times. I would highly recommend it.

This AC showed up earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. I'm really impressed with it — it's super quiet and cools the room really well. Installing it was pretty easy. It did take two of us to lift it into place because it's a bit heavy, but other than that, setup was simple.

I was a little unsure about the shape at first, but now I love it. I’m never going back to one of those bulky portable units — this one is way better when it comes to saving space and setting up. It fits perfectly in the window, and I can still open and close the window after it’s in.
